We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, and your computer and connection information. When you purchase a print or submit an enquiry about joining one of our workshops, or submit a comment on one of our blog posts, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address (and, for print purchases only, your home address), as part of the process.

This is done through the form software we use to collect orders and enquiries, or via the Content Management System we use to accept comments on our blog.

We collect your non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

  • to fulfill print orders and accept workshop requests;

  • to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

How do you store this information?

Website Storage

Our company is hosted on the 1&1 Ionos platform, using the WordPress content management system. 1&1 Ionos provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our products and services. Your data is stored through 1&1 Ionos’ data storage, databases and other general 1&1 Ionos applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Physical Storage

We may take the information you enter on this website or provide us with when you contact us and store it physically, for example on a computer HDD or on a smartphone. We also do this in the process of updating and backing up this site. In all these instances, we make sure your information is as safe as possible, taking precautions like keeping devices stored securely and password protecting all sensitive data.

Payment Information

All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We take your privacy seriously. We will never sell your personal information. The only people who have access to your personal information are Colm Pierce who requires it to be able to provide his photography and printing service and our webmaster who administers this website. Our webmaster will not access your personal information unless absolutely necessary, for example if there’s a problem with a purchase you make which needs to be resolved. Occasionally, we use messages, images and videos sent to us by our customers for marketing purposes, for example to display as testimonials on our site or our social media pages. In these instances, we will ALWAYS ask for your permission beforehand.

Can I delete my personal information?

Of course! While we retain the information provided to us by visitors to this website who make enquiries and purchases or submit comments, we only do this so that we’re able to provide them with a high level of customer service. For these purposes we may contact you on our website via comments, and via email, telephone, text message, and messaging applications.
